David Rosen is the President of TCG.  Most recently, Rosen is credited with playing a key role in Governor Pat Quinn’s victory in 2010. He also served as the Executive Director for the Illinois Inaugural Committee 2011.

Before founding TCG, Rosen worked as the Finance Director on several national campaigns, including Hillary Clinton’s U.S. Senate campaign and the Gore 2000 campaign. Prior to that, he worked for 3 years as a Finance Director for the Democratic National Committee. He began his career in party fundraising with the Clinton/Gore ’96 campaign.  Rosen also served as Director of Development for the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation.

Rosen is a member of the Board of the Friends of the Chicago River.

Rosen graduated from DePaul University with a BA in Political Science.  He is also the proud daddy of TCG’s office dog, Cash, and of two little munchkins, Katelyn and Alex.

He sings in a choir….and is quite good!
